Graduate Logistics Planner role on offer for a market-leading design and manufacturing company that can offer opportunities for extensive training and progression. They are renowned for having one of the most advanced machine shops in the South-East.

Do you have a degree relating to Engineering, Supply Chain or Logistics?

Established over 25 years, this highly reputed company are a market leader in their industry. They are well known for providing extensive training and progression for their employees. Due to widespread growth, they are looking for a Logistics Planner to join their Production/Planning team.

In this role you will be leading the development and implementation of pull systems throughout the company; developing and maintaining a fit for purpose stock management system; Leading the evaluation and improvement of the intra-logistics processes such as replenishment routes, ergonomics of material handling as well as health and safety; Evaluating and improving internal packing and storing solutions to minimise stock damage as well as improving internal transport routes and handling.

The ideal candidate is someone with experience in a manufacturing background as well either an engineering, supply chain or logistics related degree. They will have excellent planning and project evaluation skills, strong communication skills, a desire to learn and take pride in their work.

The Person:

* Experience within a Manufacturing Background

* Engineering, Supply Chain or Logistics related degree
