Data Quality Manager / Lead Data Analyst

£50,000 - £60,000 per annum

Exciting opportunity to join a growing international financial services business with one of their key offices based in Manchester city centre. This role is responsible for creating a data strategy to identify and maintain key information required by the business, as well as managing 3 Data specialists in the team.

This is a brand new role in the team and will be ideal for someone heavily involved in Data Quality & Governance within their current role. You may currently be working as a Lead Data Analyst, Data Quality Consultant, Data Governance Lead, Data Manager etc and have a real passion for Data Quality & Governance!

In this position you will be responsible for the guidance of data governance resource and creating and guiding Data Governance policies within each business function by working closely with company heads of and key stakeholders. You will be delivering a data governance framework, and ensure the required documentation is in place for all business activities. You will also be responsible for day to day delivery of data quality across key UK platforms.

Your experience will include:

Extensive experience with managing customers data, with particular preference of within the Credit industry

* Strong experience in managing key stake holders and building business relationships

* Significant experience with maturing data quality and associated business practices

* Some experience with data quality management including automated tools.

* Managing conflicting requirements to resolution

* Process documentation, including defining procedures and data linkages

* Have significant experience and knowledge of data and information quality management

* Implemented processes and procedures around data and information management
