IT Service Desk AnalystWe are currently working exclusively with one of our biggest clients based in Birmingham.  We are looking for an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst to join a small but highly valued team who are a Global function.IT Service Desk Technician Experience:- Experienced Service Desk Technician - Excellent customer support skills- Telephone and desk side desktop support skills- Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows 10- Microsoft Office and Office 365- Incident Management, used to using a ticket system- AD experience, creating new users etc- iPhones, mobile devices and wifi- Excellent attention to detail with ability to manage small projects - Flexible working 8 hour shifts with 07:30, 08:30 and 09:30 start timesDue to the volume of applications received for positions, it will not be possible to respond to all applications and only applicants who are considered suitable for interview will be contacted. Proactive Appointments Limited operates as an employment agency and employment business and is an equal opportunities organisation
