The role

As an Agile Delivery Manager, you’ll ensure teams deliver projects and products using the right agile methodology, learning frequently and adapting iteratively. Setting up the agile environment, you’ll provide direction to teams, and define product roadmaps with Product Managers. You’ll lead planning, help to remove barriers, and ultimately take responsibility for meeting delivery milestones. Collaborating with delivery mangers in the wider team, you’ll also help to develop the job community, sharing ideas and best practice. And you’ll play a vital role in the digital transformation of our Government.

About you

If you’re excited about learning, software innovation and driving real transformation, you’ll fit right in. You’ll have proven experience in delivering digital and agile projects, including taking a Scrum master role. So you know how to juggle priorities to achieve great results. You’ll also be a proven communicator and team manager, an effective influencer in presentations, business cases or face to face.
