* Providing client Technical Support (Phone, Email and Remotely)
* Overseeing a small team of skilled Engineers
* Advising on Technical Queries
* Occasional trips to Italy to meet with higher Management

* Electrical and Mechanical knowledge (Access control/ CCTV / Vending Machines)
