DESKTOP SUPPORT ENGINEER - ABERDEEN - 6+ MONTH CONTRACT

My Aberdeen based client currently require a driven and enthusiastic individual to join them to assist in providing 1st - 3rd line support.

Within this role you will be providing incident resolutions in a customer service style environment via telephone, email and remote support applications. You will need to have a strong understanding of various aspects of IT, a customer-focused approach and great communication skills.

For this role you must have:

* Previous experience in similar desktop support position

* Ability to identify issues, whilst providing exemplary customer service

* Competent at working through ticketing systems

* Solid grasp of networking operating systems and hardware

* Experience in adding new users (Active Directory)

* Good understanding of Office 365

* Experience working with Citrix

* A full UK driving license
