SAP HR specialist- Wroclaw. New opportunity at your door!

As a SAP HR specialist, on a daily basis, you will:

* Provide solutions for issues related to HR processes (including e-mail and web tickets, phone inquiries etc.)

* Recognise escalation trends and possibilities for process change and new solutions

* Help in investigating areas to improve efficiency of communication and operations, implementing changes.

* Administer IT navigation, including requesting and granting access to our clients

For this role, you will have:

* Experience working with SAP HtR module and processes

* Knowledge concerning HR Procedures and Policies

* Experience working with SAP or salesforce, GWN, Workday or other HR systems

* Experience working in client support

* Very good command of English and communication skills
