We are looking for an Enterprise Seasoned Outlook Engineer based in London on an initial 6 month Contract.

The resource predominantly requires deep knowledge to collaborate and understand the business, functional and technical requirement to solution and document the feature, functionality, feasibility and restrict options on Outlook, OWA, Mail client on Mac, WaaS, Outlook client Integrate to client Operating System Loadset, related policies and security for an enterprise MSExchange messaging on-premises/O365 global production infrastructure.

Primary outlook technical contact, providing customer visibility, advanced technical troubleshooting support and problem resolution, including issues escalated to the highest levels of management.

Key technical skills with deep understanding and hands-on expertise on,

- Microsoft Outlook, related plugins and options for enterprise

- Outlook settings and experience with global deployment of these setting (Windows and MAC)

- Microsoft Office

- OWA and Windows Mail app

- Skype, SharePoint and Unified Messaging Integration

-Outlook health reporting and monitoring

- Auto discover in complex environments (On-Prem, VCurrent, VNext, MWP, global)

- Outlook, OWA and Mail app connection methods

- Security principals to Identify and incorporate deprecated / supported algorithms/protocols

- Automate the routine tasks with proficiency on PowerShell Scripting

- Good understanding of IT Infrastructure technologies and Infrastructure management operations

Secondary technical skill set required

- Microsoft Exchange 2010 / 2013 / 2016 & O365 versions and messaging technologies

- Active Directory : MS Windows 2008R2 / 2012 /2016

- Network Load Balancer configuration requirement for Outlook client

- Relevant knowledge with Windows and Mac Operation Systems

- Exchange Unified Messaging 2010, 2013 & 2016

- Application Integration via EWS, POP, IMAP, SMTP
