Senior Security Engineer (Cisco Firewalls Windows Server Network Python). Leading technology service provider within the financial space is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to join a new, dynamic team and provide input on the management of security across the company and its customers. A number of your responsibilities will include; dealing with the output from a variety of security products, taking ownership of major vulnerabilities and all cyber incidents, working on security related projects, arranging vulnerability assessments and penetration tests and running security tests for customers.

Based in central London, you will be joining an exciting company that are passionate about supporting and developing their employees, enabling them to reach their full potential.

Requirements:

*Strong understanding of current cyber security threats and defences

*Understanding of Firewalls, in particular Cisco

*Experience administering Microsoft Systems including Windows Server, AD and Exchange

*Strong infrastructure background and looking to specialise in security

*Proficient in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell)

*Excellent communication skills
