Senior Embedded Software Engineers are highly sought by my client based in Manchester, a multinational company developing complex chip designs for the space industry. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Embedded Software Engineer looking to join a small development team that are working on cutting edge technology and looking to expand the team over the next few years.

Successful senior embedded software engineers will be degree qualified in a relevant subject area (Electronics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Telecommunications) and have 5+ years commercial development experience in the following;

* C programming at a firmware/embedded level

* Embedded operating systems (RTOS, Linux)

* Knowledge of hardware and electronics fundamentals

* Experience working on communication protocols such as; RF, Radio and cellular communications.
