IT Support Analyst
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Support Analyst to join a huge international Christian charity in their East London Office.
The IT Support Analyst will work closely with the Help Centre Manager and International Director of IT to act as 1st line support; analysing, solving and documenting any problems that arise, all within a fantastic and collaborative work environment! This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious IT Support Analyst to enter a role where they can learn exciting new skills such as Server Monitoring, SLA monitoring and direct collaboration with Global 2nd line support teams.
Skills required for the IT Support Analyst are:
* Excellent knowledge of basic 1st line services such as End-User hardware/Application Support
* A willingness to learn new and more advanced skills as and when required from this dynamic role
* Ability to act as "on the ground support" for the Global IT 2nd Line support team
* Responsibility of monitoring website status and security dashboards (full training provided)
