Spring Technology's client, a public sector organisation, are currently looking to recruit a Business Intelligence Consultant for an initial 3 month contract based in Edinburgh on a rate of c.£500-550/day (inside of IR35).

The Role:

Providing additional resource to design and develop enhancements to existing data marts, within a Corporate Data Warehouse.

Experience/knowledge required:

* Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.

* SAP Data Services (experience of other ETL tools such as Informatica will be considered as a substitute).

* Data Warehousing.

* Dimensional modelling (Kimball methodology).

* Data integration skills.

Desirable Skills:

* Data Virtualisation (Denodo).

* Exadata.

* Business Objects.

* Tableau.

* Cloud platforms, storage and connectivity.

* Big data platforms.

* AI / Machine Learning.

* Machine Data integration and analytics.
