Blended Learning Specialist / Location - West midlands / Permanent / £20-25k

A reputable client of ours based in the West Midlands are currently looking for a specialist or trainee to support the identification of digital learning. The successful candidate will support subject matter experts and e-learning developers to create highly engaging digital learning solutions, to reduce abstraction and face to face delivery. Integrating an array of skill sets to create bespoke content for the business to help raise the level of attainment and add value as a department.

The Key responsibilities of the role are:

- Supporting the design and development process for new programmes to embed digital learning best practice.

- Advising subject matter experts on how to re-engineer existing face-to-face programmes for

digital learning and enabling all stakeholders to work together to deliver best in class digital learning solutions.

- Supporting the design and development process for new programmes to embed digital learning best practice.

- Provide accurate reports generated by the LMS to identify the validation of all e-Learning courses on a regular basis.

- Support the movement, design and development of digital content to be used on the Learning

Management System (LMS).

- Work with the Digital Lead and administration team to upload content.

- Support the Digital Lead with the capitalisation on online learning; reducing abstraction, travel and delivery.

- Supporting the creation of interactive content through working with subject matter experts and

E-learning developers to create video, audio, online exercises and assessments.

- Support subject matter experts in the creation of digital learning storyboards and content layout.

- Support the recording and development of audio, video and other types of bespoke content highlighted by the needs of the business.

- Require the ability to identify innovative opportunities that will help adapt and mould the vision

Of e-Learning and digital landscape.

To be successful in the role you will required to have experience in:

- Experience using the Articulate 360 suite, Storyline, Rise, Content Library, Articulate Review

or, Adobe Captivate

- Experience using an LMS system and providing access to hundreds/thousands of employees

- Experience in content development

- Experience using cloud based platform

- Strong skills in the development of learning materials

- Very flexible in terms of job role and reacts well to deadlines and timelines

- Experience in using the Adobe Suite applications

Desired Experience

- Experience in video production, content development, graphic design, audio production

- Experience using video recording equipment

- Online content creation experience

- Successful track record of delivering L&D interventions
