Nigel Frank International are proud to be working with one of the Top 5 Law firms in the world, currently seeking an experienced and motivated 1st/2nd line support specialist to join their team at their London HQ! You will find yourself working alongside a dynamic and tight-knit team, providing 1st line support to their user base, throughout their multiple UK offices.

What you need:

* Experience in providing 1st line support to large end-user bases,

* A mindset focused on delivering support rapidly, and working to deadlines,

* Great communication skills,

* Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development or similar,
