Apple Service Technician

Bristol, Avon

£16,000 - £20,000 + pension + holiday + bonuses

Excellent opportunity for someone with a background with hardware and software support to join a stable retail chain offering a Monday to Friday based role, excellent bonuses and a clean and well-presented working environment.

In this role you will be tasked with diagnosing faults in a variety of products such as mobile phones, laptops and desktop computers. Once the problem is found you will order the necessary components and repair the device, ensuring it is fully operational upon return to the customer.

The ideal candidate will be someone who has worked in a similar technical role before, with experience taking apart and repairing electrical devices. Any experience with Apple, Samsung or Sony products is beneficial but not essential.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background with electrical repair to join a stable company, offering a superb overall package, nice working conditions and a 9-5:30 day.

The Role:

*Monday - Friday

*Diagnosing faults and problems

*Repairing a variety of electrical devices

*Customer facing

The Person:

*Experience in a similar role or experience taking apart and repairing electrical devices

*Customer Service experience
