LA International have recently been awarded a multi-million pound piece of work based in Leeds. The programme is 2 years in duration and has identified the need for a Security Architect specialising in designing and delivering cloud solutions.

Requirements for Security Architect:

* Write the Security Architecture document aligned to Cloud Security Principles

* Determine baseline security configuration standards for operating systems (e.g., OS hardening), network segmentation, and identity and access management (IAM)

* Develop and maintain a security architecture process that enables the enterprise to develop and implement security solutions and capabilities that are clearly aligned with business, technology and threat drivers

* Develop security strategy plans and roadmaps based on the businesses overarching strategy

* Develop and maintain security architecture artefacts (e.g., models, templates, standards and procedures) that can be used to leverage security capabilities in projects and operations

* Validate IT infrastructure and other reference architectures for security best practices and recommend changes to enhance security and reduce risks

* Track developments and changes within the business and threat environments to ensure that they're adequately addressed in security strategy plans and architecture artefacts

* Participate in application and infrastructure projects to provide security-planning advice

* Draft security procedures and standards to be reviewed and approved by the InfoSEC Lead/SMT

* Develop standards and practices for data encryption and tokenization in the organization, based on the organization's data classification criteria

Essential requirements for Security Architect:

* CISSP

* Experience of delivering an cloud solution

* Design experience of firewalls, (IPS/IDS), PKI, web application firewalls (WAFs), endpoint protection, SIEM and log management technology

* Strong communication skills at all levels

* Office 365: Implementation, Identity Migration (Exchange-online), EM+S: Intune, Azure Active Directory. Azure Information Security

* Windows 10: Design and build, Upgrades, ConfigMgr Management

Desirable Requirements for Security Architect:

* CCSP

* CCSK

* Knowledge of HMG standards and NCSC guidelines
