Excellent opportunity for a Fire Risk Assessor to join a market leading company offering excellent training, project management and an investment in your career.

Do you have experience in fire risk assessment? Do you have a NEBOSCH qualification in Occupational Health & Safety?

The company specialise in building new homes to Sustainable Homes Code standards. They also manage thousands of additional houses regenerating and redeveloping these properties. They are set to become London's largest developer of new homes.

In this role you will be providing fire risk assessments and fire safety management advice. You will be assigned a number of properties and be responsible for managing your own projects. You will be given training on Asbestos legislation to enable you to provide an asbestos auditing service. The company will invest in your training and always promote from within.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a fire risk assessor and have a good knowledge of Fire Safety Legislation.

The Role:

* Fire Risk Assessments of assigned properties

* Asbestos training to provide an asbestos auditing service

* Travel to various London/ Kent sites

* £40,000 - £45,000 + Car Allowance, Pension, Holiday, Progression, Healthcare, Training

The Person:

* Experience as a Fire Risk Assessor

* Good knowledge of Fire Safety Legislation

* Level 3 Certificate in Fire Risk Assessment & Fire Safety management

* Good communicator and experience as a team leader

* Full driving license and own vehicle
