Position: Junior Analyst

Location: London

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

Job type: Permanent

Client is market leading software implementation company provides expert information governance consultancy services to a broad range of organisations. Our consulting services focus information management strategy and assessment with a significant element around GDPR compliance and information auditing.

This role will focus on the provision of business analysis services in the field of information management. The Analyst will build relationships internally and with clients, to work effectively in the definition and documentation of business processes and software requirements for clients.

Duties will include:

Data / system mapping

Requirements gathering

Client interviews

Business analysis

Evaluating client workshop results

Creating and reviewing documentation

Report writing

Contributing to project plans

Key skills required:

Proven experience working in a similar role - 1 to 3 years

Excellent understanding of business requirements gathering

Ability to gather and translate project requirements into formal documentation

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office

Good interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask

Self-motivation

The candidate must be able to travel around the UK and Europe, as the work may require client site visits, including short term or longer term work away from London.

Qualification(s) required:

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or Computer Science or

BA qualification, e.g. o BCS Diploma in Business Analysis

Non-negotiables Skills:

At least 1 years experience in a similar role

The candidate has to be self-motivated and able to work without supervision - the size of the company does not permit for a lot of training and "carrying"

Need a hard-working, entrepreneurial candidate who will be flexible enough to fit in with the demands of a small business.
