The Role of the Lead Automation QA

Duties will involve:

* Develop, Publish and execute automation strategy across the organisation

* Contribute to the delivery of testing and automation

* Provide estimates on work required

* Mentor & lead your team

* Be involved in business critical decision making

Requirements of the Lead Automation QA

* Strong background in automation, preferably with a background in software development

* Experience implementing automation testing

* Experience in decision making

* Self-efficient, self-capable problem solver
