Spring Technology's client, a public sector organisation, are currently looking to recruit a Test Manager for an initial 3 month contract based in Edinburgh or Glasgow on a rate of c.£400-450/day (outside of IR35).

The Role:

The post-holder, working as part of a team and reporting directly to the Enterprise Solutions Delivery Manager, will be responsible for the management and co-ordination of testing across all project work streams, working with the project team to ensure requirements are correctly captured and that test definition / planning / management takes place effectively.

Requirements:

* Highly experienced Test Manager.

* Experience of leading testing teams and driving success.

* Experience of working in an Agile project or other appropriate dynamic applications development and delivery methodologies.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability in preparing and presenting test reports, defect reporting and tracking.

* ITSQB or ISEB qualified.

Desirable Skills:

* Working with JIRA or similar issue tracking software.

* Experience working with Kanban and/or SCRUM tools.
