Citrix Virtual Desktop Senior Analyst located in Bristol to provide Workplace technical capability for delivering BAU services and projects including solution design, environmental support, installation and maintenance. Focus on delivery and maintenance of Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop systems.

Working closely with other Workplace & Infrastructure technical and project teams as well as Global Tech Centres and Technical Architects, this role will provide 3rd level BAU support and environmental assistance to projects with Workplace requirements.

Job Title: Citrix Virtual Desktop Senior Analyst

Duration:3 months initially

Rate:£400.00 per day

Location: Bristol

Key Accountabilities

* Contribute significantly to and assist with the delivery and maintenance of the regional roadmap, in conjunction with relevant Tech Specialists. Not limited to virtual but also physical machine strategy.

* Act as final escalation point within the ITIL support chain (Tier 3)

* Assess and propose solutions to the client's needs, with referral to the regional technical specialist and architect teams

* Drive any required solutions through global forums

* Assist Tech specialists within the team for delivery and implementation of solutions

* Maintain expertise, working with other AXA IT teams regionally and globally plus with third parties to keep up to date with internal strategy and vendor current and future technologies and strategies

Key performance indicators:

*BAU Service maintained and root cause of complex incident found and resolved

*Client project delivery is completed within project timelines

*Third line support provided to SLA and with appropriate knowledge sharing

*Reporting is timely and accurate, and where possible automated

*Evidence of maintaining technical knowledge, eg course attendance and vendor accreditation

Skills and Experience:

* Experienced technical analyst in a virtual environment

* Proven experience of working within a project environment providing documentation, technical deliverables and handover to operational teams

* Ability to compare business, commercial and technical requirements and make appropriate recommendations

* Ability to communicate ideas and solutions to audiences of all levels and nationalities, adapting style accordingly

* Ability to pass on relevant I.T. knowledge to others
