Working in a team of 5 others, you will be responsible for remote and face to face IT support around, IT, radio, broadcasting, TV and film equipment. Core technologies include; Windows, active directory, exchange, office 365. Any 2nd line or 3rd line problems will be escalated. On the job training and support will be offered on new equipment. Some on call remote work will be required (1 in 6 weeks).

The role:

* Service Desk Technician

* Remote and face to face support

* 1st line Support

* Windows/ Active directory/ Office 365 / Desktops/

* Escalations to 2nd line

* Very occasional travel

* Lots of on the job support and training on new technology

* 3 shift system (6am-2pm) (12noon-8pm) (Flexible 9am-5pm) Monday to Friday

*On call (1 in 6 weeks).
