Spring Technology is currently looking for an experienced Senior IT Change Analyst. This is a 6 Month Contract based in Coventry.

Purpose:

To Provide a deep level of IT Change Management knowledge and acts as a subject matter expert for the day to day governance reporting into the Change Manager. Collaborates with other service management and technical teams to ensure all activities are performed in line with agreed policy, process and standards.

Skilled at communicating with all levels up to executive, whilst being proficient at analysis and the subsequent reporting and providing of recommendations. Continually assesses ways of working in order to develop or revise artefacts and processes that improve team efficiency and effectiveness. A role model within the team who provides mentoring and coaching to peers and junior team members.

Professional qualifications or essential experience required:

ITIL foundation qualification essential.

ITIL RCV certificate desirable.

Strong demonstrable broad expertise in ITIL Change Management.

Essential experience of working in a complex, pressurised production environment.
