As Head of customer service and operations, you will have about 6 direct reports including an IT Team leader, 3rd line, telecoms, a Product owner, a SCRUM master and an ERP Specialist where you will indirectly manager about 25 staff. You remit will include; Technical Leadership (IT strategy internally and externally), Customer Services Management (External - managing end to end ICT delivery), IT Service Operations (Monitoring and analysing service) and people management. This role will be reporting directly to the board of directors and holds lots of autonomy to affect change.

The Role;

*6 Direct reports (IT Team lead, 3rd line, telecom, Product owner, SCRUM master, ERP Specialist)

*Indirectly managing about 25 people

*Working within a B2B manager service provided environment

*IT Strategy and leadership

*Customer Services Management (Overseeing end to end service delivery)

* Monitoring and analysing service levels to make improvements

*Lots of autonomy and the opportunity to massively affect change

The person;

*Experience in an operational support role managing people

* B2B service management experience

* Contract management experience

* Technology support / operations background (ICT or Telecoms)

* Experience of managing key stakeholder relationships.

*Vendor management experience
