The Project:

My client are partially way through migrating their on-prem datacenter hosted websites into Azure Cloud and having some serious performance issues. They are currently relying on someone else to help stabilize the environment but need an Azure cloud infrastructure specialist to come and work with internal team to solve the things which are having a major effect on the business.

You will be working with 2 technical teams and act as the glue between them both by identifying issues, providing improvement suggestions and delivering a solution.

Skills:

* Experience of Designing / building out fully scalable robust cloud infrastructure (Azure)

* Be able to migrate on prem websites to Azure cloud

* Be able to implement industry best practice collarorate

* Avid problem solver

* Excellent communication skills with clear documentation where needed

Tech on site:

* Heavy Microsoft estate

* Full Azure with Load Balancing / traffic management

* Windows server, SQL

* IIS

Desirable:

* Containerisation

* Web knowledge with we technologies Umbraco or wordpress

Would suit someone who is at the top of their game, enjoys a challenge with the ability to knowledge transfer with people around them.
