Project Manager (Genesys, Contact Centre, Cabling) - 3 Month Contract - Newcastle
My client, a large telecoms company are looking for a Project Manager to join them in Newcastle with some travel to customer sites. The position will last an initial 3 months and can offer a competitive daily rate.
Role Background:
* This role is an experienced Project Manger to lead in the replacement cabling from the LAN switches to the circa 2000 desks for both PC and Telephony connectivity.
* The role will be across multiple customer locations and require a series of customer and supplier workshops to agree how each site can be managed to allow the work to take place.
Required Skills:
* Candidates should have prior Project Management experience ideally in a telecoms environment in particular with telephony/change projects.
* Network management experience would also be beneficial.
* Good relationship management skills as you will be working with a range of suppliers and the customer to deliver the solution.
* You should also have a solid understanding of running supplier workshops to agree best practice for moving the project forwards.
* Any experience of Genesys would also be of interest.
