My client a global technology organisation is seeking a French speaking MS O365 Technical Consultant to deliver the technical aspects of onboarding customers and partners which includes provide proactive guidance and remediation assistance.

As the successful candidate you will help transform the traditional on premises deployment approach to an automated Onboarding Service for corporate customers.

You will be tasked with driving the technical execution and providing automation improvements to maintain customer and partner satisfaction during the 'Deployment' phase.

Typical duties

* Deliver the customer Onboarding & Migration Experience for Office 365

* Developing exceptionally strong and transparent working relationships across the organisation and with partners to deliver expected customer and business results.

* Executing, managing and leading a set of Microsoft Cloud Services customers and partners through the technical process.

* Assisting customers and partners with configuration of onboarding tools and processes technology

* Analysing, developing and communicating key process and technology improvements

Key Skills

* Excellent technical and hands on experience of MSO365 including solutions design, delivery and deployment

* French Speaking abilities

* Documentation skills (solution design, upgrades, migrations, configurations etc)

* A proven history of technical skills and leadership

* The ability to provide continual feedback for the processes and entire deployment cycle.
