Junior Compliance Manager - Information Security - IT, Cloud, Hosting - ISO27001, ISO9001

We are looking for a Junior Compliance Manager - Information Security to further develop compliance and information security frameworks including ISO27001 & ISO9001.

If you have developed a simple, human approach to implementing and managing standards supporting the needs of a growing technology business and have a particular strength in nurturing cross business relationships we’d love to hear from you.

We’re looking for someone who can balance simple, efficient and professional - managing renewals, developing Infosec frameworks.

We’d love to hear from you if you:

+ Have a strong working knowledge of ISO9001, ISO27001, GDPR

+ Have worked in a technology environment - datacentre, web or cloud, IT Ops

+ Are familiar with ITIL,

+ Have commercial business exposure to both implementing & project managing the renewal of standards

+ Can create positive working relationships with internal colleagues and external clients & managing and developing suppliers

+ Know how to analyse risk and manage several standards concurrently

+ Can effectively project manage commercial resources

We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual that can influence others, whilst being practical and grounded in common sense. You need to be adept at seamlessly embedding compliance and risk awareness activities across Tech, Service, Clients and Suppliers as a natural part of "business as usual".

As a minimum we’re looking for:

+ 2 years diverse compliance & quality management

+ Customer facing ability gained within a technology focused business

+ Knowledge & understanding of a range of compliance frameworks (ISO9001, ISO27001, GDPR)

+ Proven ability to develop and manage bureaucracy-free standards

+ Confident & engaged quality process management outlook

You’ll have a strong desire to progress your professional career in compliance within a digital technology business. You may perhaps be transitioning from an IT project management based software/hardware role but you will be adept at interpreting and translating quality frameworks and standards into rational processes with an enthusiastic human touch.

Salary & Benefits:

+ Basic Salary £35,000 - £40,000
