Electronics Manufacturing Process Engineer, Loughborough, £35k - £45kI am working with a respected, well-established electronics design and manufacturing company that is based in Loughborough. I am assisting them in finding an Electronics Manufacturing Process Engineer to join them at an exciting period of growth.
The role will be to lead new product introductions and interface with the design team as well as others in the business; supervise the SMT line and operate as the engineering point of contact for production; process improvement; customer interfacing to ensure manufacture to specification and monitoring and improving operational activities feeding back and liaising with senior management.

Key Skills
-Strong knowledge of the Electronics manufacturing process
-Process Improvement
-New Product Introduction
-Customer interaction skills / Strong communication skills
-Electronics background ideally in SMT
-Defects in relation to QMS
-Supervising SMT operators
-Electronics product testing is also beneficial knowledge to have
