This is an opportunity for a Service Designer to join a business with an influx of exciting projects on the horizon.The Role
You will provide Service Design input for all new Complex Deal. You will define and design service solutions to meet ongoing service delivery requirements. You will create service solutions from existing service components or create new service components if needed. The role is critical to ensure that the client provide correct designs and costs into the bids to reduce risk.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone currently in a Service Delivery or Service Management role, who is eager to put what they have learnt whilst delivering a service, into designing their own.
What you'll be doing:Collect all inputs around the service designs for new complex deals.Pull together the Bid Input Template which identifies all 3rd parties costs for new deals.To ensure the data being presented to SLT is accurate and risks are clearly identified.To work with the Product Line to ensure that the products used on new deals align with the Produce line strategy.You'll need:Service delivery concepts and techniques.Confident customer facing style, ability to design and deliver presentations.Financial Acumen.Proficient Excel skills.The ability to write coherent, concise, and readable technical documentation.The Company
