In this role you will work with clients to take advantage of technology to realise revenue growth, reduce cost or transform their ways of working to enable true digital transformation.
You will enjoy working at the cutting edge of technology and have a mind for business. Through research and analysis you will work quickly to understand the business challenges that your client is facing and develop automation solutions to solve them.
You will need to understand a client's processes and make recommendations for improvements in performance using the latest digital tools, processes and ways of working.
Engagements include working with senior IT and business leaders within client organisations to understand their needs and drivers and then to shape technology solutions to meet them.
Responsibilities also include representing our automation practice in public forums including events and conferences.
What we're looking for:
Proven exposure to working in a Consultancy environment is key for this role. You will have covered a range of engagements with clients and have successfully delivered tangible benefits to the end client.Specialisation in Robotic Process Automation including an understanding of the merits of the major vendors (Automation Anywhere, BluePrism, UIPath, etc).Exposure to prioritising candidate processes for automation taking into account value, complexity, capability, compliance.Client facing up to 'C' suite.Objectivity - a lack of bias when working with others to deliver robust independent insights.Able to adapt style and work empathetically with others and in response to a client's specific culture.Extraordinary analytical and syntheses skills (e.g. the ability to delve into deep data analysis and then synthesise the key messages / "so what's").Highly organised - days may include various activities: the ability to schedule and follow through with a range of activities is vital.You will have a real passion for digital technologies and how they are changing the way we live and work. You may even have had articles or blogs published on the subject.This role is based within an award winning consultancy and is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive business in a highly visible role.
