Programme Manager - Transformation, Business Change

Company client currently recruiting for a number of Programme Managers for an interesting Change Team for a well-established, forward-thinking Insurance organisation based in Hampshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Programme Managers who have a fresh eyes approach and are looking to join a business where they can help to shape and define the way that Programme Management looks, as part of a brand-new, centralised group function. The available roles for Programme Managers are business change focused but will be working on the following; Salesforce transformation programme, MI / BI transformation programme, Digital transformation programme and centralised support programme (HR, Finance systems upgrades, etc). These Programme Manager roles will suit dynamic, collaborative influencers who are interested in embarking on an exciting journey.

Programme Manager Requirements:

* Demonstrable track record of delivering success in multiple end-to-end programmes, through the full life-cycle in various environments / industries.

* Previous experience and strong understanding of Project Management principles and methodologies.

* Proven leadership experience as well as the ability to influence and facilitate, and build / manage teams.

* Senior stakeholder engagement, management and influencing

* Experience of delivering programmes in challenging environments with different TOMs

* Excellent communication and inter-personal skills

* Delivery focused

* Experience of Agile / Waterfall delivery would be a plus

* Any experience in CRM programmes, Digital transformation programmes, centralised support programmes or MI / BI transformation programmes would be very beneficial
