2nd Line Support Analyst / Windows 10 Rollout
We have a very exciting opportunity for a 2nd Line Support Analyst (Windows 10 Rollout) to join one of the best UK leading charities based in Kings Cross, Central London. As the 2nd Line Support Analyst (Windows 10 Rollout) you will support an exciting large-scale migration project to Windows 10.
The 2nd Line Support Analyst (Windows 10 Rollout) will provide a high level of customer service to all end users by providing a rapid response to all incidents and requests with minimal downtime to systems and services. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career, learn new technologies and work on an exciting project. The 2nd Line Support Analyst (Windows 10 Rollout) role will be an initial 6-month FTC although there is a strong possibility the role will go permanent.
Skills and experience required for the 2nd Line Support Analyst (Windows 10 Rollout):
* Previous experience working within a customer focused service desk environment.
* Good understanding or experience with Windows 10.
* Troubleshooting experience for all Windows OS.
* Experience with WAN, LAN, Servers, Intranet, Internet and TCP/IP.
* Experience with AD, MS Office and Adobe applications.

Location: Kings Cross, Central London
Salary: £25,000 - 29,000.
