Project Manager (HVAC/ Building Services)

Bristol

£35,000 - £55,000 + Holiday + Car + Pension + Bonus + Healthcare

In this role you will ensure that all projects are carried out to a quality standard. The successful candidate will ensure that all developments have sufficient resources to complete the job but also to ensure there is no surplus to requirement.

The Role

*Ensuring all works are carried out to an acceptable standard

*Ensuring the correct amount of resources are available

*Liaising with Subcontractors / Technical / Safety and Customer Services departments

*Contracts Manager / Site Manager / Project Manager

*Facilities OR M&E OR similar backgrounds

*Living commutable to Bristol
