My client a leading technology provider is seeking a Customer focused, Office Co-Ordinator with excellent front of house skills. The successful candidate will have the ability to create a reception and guest experience that is welcoming, personable, efficient, and secure.
Working within a large office supporting staff and being the face and first point of contact for all visitors, you will be tasked with:
* Greeting all visitors, security checks and visitor passes
* Liaising with suppliers and delivery drivers
* General office duties (meeting room bookings, order suppliers)
* Manage incoming calls, directing callers to the appropriate employee or team
* Solve facilities tickets and supporting the Help Desk
* Space planning and new hire onboarding
* Plan monthly events that bring staff together
* Work with Facilities staff to keep the entire office space productive, safe, and orderly
Skills & Qualities:
* Excellent customer service
* Comfortable with standard business systems and software including: MS Word, MS Excel, * MS Outlook, and Gsuite
* Personable, positive, and friendly
* Concise and clear communication
* Organized with strong prioritization skills
* Focussed on delivering good customer service
* Calm under pressure and able manage a large variety of tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Self-motivated, dedicated, and resourceful
