Customer Support Agent (CRM)

My client in Dublin needs a Customer Support Agent for a 12 month contract in Dubln. You will be providing admin and support to the field based sales team. The rate is EUR200-300.

Flexibility is required for the role in terms of some evening / weekend work should it be required. Limited field based mobility is essential.

Main Responsibilities:

* Qualify Sales Leads upon initial enquiry

* Perform Outbound calling sales activities

* Coordinate with 3rd Party contractors

* Project manage domestic contract creations and central heating installations

* Requirements

* Experience with customer facing role with administration and sales skills

* MS-Office, CRM, Navision etc

* Detail Orientated

* Excellent communication skills

* Ability to multi-task
