Junior Developer

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Junior Developer to join a leading compliance technology start-up based in Leeds. The successful candidate would be responsible for developing and delivering automation software and overall improving the functionality, reliability and manageability of applications and the platform!

The successful Junior Developer would be joining a close-knit, high energy team, working closely alongside other passionate developers! You will be working with lots of different clients to build GDPR tech and software and be involved in creating a Jira-like website!

To be considered, this Junior Developer must not only have some experience designing and developing RESTful Web Services but also have strong knowledge of UI technologies using the latest JavaScript frameworks. This role is perfect for someone who is creative and passionate about what they do and is keen to grow and develop in a start-up company!

Junior Developer Skills required:

* Solid experience with technologies such as Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, NodeJS

* Must be able to code and get involved in ALL aspects of the SDLC and have an understanding of Software design patterns

* Any knowledge of Git, GitHub, Kubernetes, Docker and Jira is desirable

* Must be eager and willing to learn new things, stay up to date with the latest technologies and expand your skills set

* Have strong analytical and problem solving skills and put emphasis on quality & standards based development

Salary: £20-35k (Depending on experience) + excellent company benefits
