The Job

As an experienced Web Developer you will be will be working with a fast moving, multi discipline team to deliver web/digital based solutions. Fundamentally, you'll be responsible for developing concepts into working, logical products.

You will be hands-on and posses a number of years' commercial experience. You will help build and style interfaces from the design team and take responsibility/ownership of the project and ensure that it is delivered to a specification, on time whilst meeting your fellow teams' needs and expectations.

You will:

*Work closely with other developers, sharing knowledge and working collaboratively on developing products within our existing infrastructure.

*Be a pragmatic and empathetic to users who will use your work.

*Be a great developer in your own right.

*Have great attention to detail and the skills to deliver what you envisage

Essential:

*Experience; a constant history, and examples of work you've achieved

*Very strong experience with Web based languages such as CSS, PHP and HTML 5

*A good understanding and experience of developing easy, intuitive, accessible user interfaces.

*A thorough understanding of digital technologies, standards and keen to follow best practices in user experience, interaction and design.

*A thirst for knowledge.

*Friendly, good mannered, having a constructive viewpoint and the ability to work with a team as well as independently.
