Responsibilities

* Advisor covering SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer and/or Hybris Marketing

* Conduct analysis of business requirements

* Define business process architecture based on SAP technology

* Customize and coordinate a remote customizing team

* Follow and maintain the clients fast transformation methodology and documentation guidelines

* Establish effective working relationships with stakeholders

You have:

* A functional understanding of CRM processes in sales, marketing and service

* Have experience implementing a minimum of 1 full life cycle SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer and/or 1 Hybris Marketing project

* Over 6 years of experience with SAP CRM solutions, this is preferred to be SAP however other similar ERP's will be considered

* Strive to provide high-quality CRM solutions for excellent customer satisfaction

* Excellent communication and presentation skills, English is essential, Danish language skills will be preferable.

* Fully submerse and collaborate with a distributed international team.

* Flexibity and willingness to travel around Scandinavia.

Fluency in English is essential and Danish applications will be prioritised. No sponsorship available as candidates must have the existing ability to travel to numerous customers throughout Denmark and Sweden.
