Business Development & Support Manager - SAAS

20000 - 25000 per annum

Full-time, Commission, Permanent

We have launched IT arm with our launch of Digitech. Our aim is to promote new disruptive Software as a service, IT resourcing and IT Support services within beneficiary markets. Digitech has developed 3i schools and has been successfully running complete school and student management system in overseas countries. In the joint collaboration with us, Digitech has brought this unique product to the UK market.

We are looking for aspiring and target driven individuals with flair of working within promotion of technology sector services towards end consumers and customers.

Key aspects of the job include:

Promote products or services to target clients.

Increase sales by enhancing the exposure of products.

Make cold calls, or email customers to promote Software products and services

Pricing and package negotiation with the clients in accordance with client needs.

Set up client appointments to discuss performance of the services & product.

To gather information about software products in competition to gain an advantage.

Perform data extraction from internet and lead generation.

Evaluate and optimise effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

To impart training to client user of the software.

Keep Record of client subscription/customer interaction data in software/MIS reports of marketing.

Keep Track of expiring subscription & get subscription renewed.

Keep track of upcoming follow ups & attend them also demonstration software application to clients.

In case of customer complaint through marketing, keep track of resolution process.

Successful candidate will be provided company laptop and complete support on travel or any other business expenses.
