Position: Community Marketing Manager
Location: Buckinghamshire
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum
Job type: Permanent
You will design and execute programmes to engage focused on engaging the community, identify of users, identifying and nurturing enterprise accounts using freemium solutions, and driving opportunities for customer expansion and net new customers to monetize our direct and indirect sales channels community of users globally through the online purchase of cloud solutions.
The Role
You will be overall responsible for scalable marketing programmes, that grow our user
community, upsell software users to paid services, nurture users at target accounts and drive adoption of Client solutions as the enterprise platform for digital business agility.
In this community engagement role, you will work closely with global and local marketing and product development teams to craft lifecycle programs that educate and engage the community across multiple marketing channels.
The successful candidate is deeply passionate about understanding customer needs, motivations, and behaviour.
They will delight in uncovering insights that help us create a better customer experience and will intimately understand the lifecycle of user engagement with our software. The successful candidate will be an analytical marketer, and be able to work effectively with the rest of
Marketing to turn analytical insights into integrated programmes with clear, measurable pipeline outcomes, based on acquisition, engagement, conversion and retention KPIs.
Key Tasks & Accountailities:
o Design and execute, via global and local teams, high impact programs/projects that engage and upsell the user community to paid services via eCommerce
o Own the analysis, reporting, and optimization of our community engagement programs/channels against Consensus and named account KPIs
o Identify best practices and author playbooks to drive a best-in-class experience across all touch points with a user through a clearly defined user journey
o Oversee and manage the digital promotions within community campaigns/programmes, including but not limited to SEO, PPC, Paid Media,
Webinars, Organic Social, and Email
o Use campaign analytics and pipeline data to guide future marketing activity and
maximise the ROI from the programme budget
o Where required work with Product, Content and Field Marketing to define the nurture
streams and content needed for the programmes*
Skills and Experience:
o Several years of relevant work experience in community and/ or customer marketing in a global B-to-B technology business
o Bachelors degree is required; Masters Degree preferred.
o Significant experience in successfully taking ownership and delivering results in a
fast-paced and dynamic business environment
o Demonstrable relevant professional experience in customer relationship marketing,
including experience in lifecycle program creation/management.
o Strong influencer with excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills
o Fluency in English1-2 years of integrated marketing or digital marketing experience in
an enterprise software environment is required.
o Demonstrable track record of building large, vibrant communities online across
multiple social media channels, and ideally at a global level.
Automation platforms to execute, track and manage marketing campaigns
Excellent marketing execution skills with a demonstrated ability to mature the pipeline.

Own creation and execution of integrated lifecycle marketing initiatives, oversee manage digital promotions within community campaigns/programmes
