My client, a government organisation based in the CBD is looking for an Application Service Manager to join their Project team and assist with the implementation in a large, complex environment. Responsibilities
* Development of a new application - hardware integration
* Manage the implementation plan - testing/acceptance
* Frame operative parts of contract
* Work in an Agile environment
* Take ownership view of deployment
* Report to project team
* Set SLA's for deployment team
Experience and skills needed
* Service definition and Service Level Management (ITIL) preferably with AGILE certification in large complex environments,
* 5 years relevant working experience in a commercial management role during the procurement phase of projects (including in the development and drafting of services schedules, pricing schedules, SLA's and associated schedules) and vendor selection,
* Drafting of contract commercial schedules,
* Drafting of commercial frameworks including SLAs and KPIs,
* Drafting of commercial statement of work sections such as the pricing model with reference to the commercial framework developed above,
* Drafting of Service Level Agreement schedule,
* Contract Management experience.
* Strong technical background and excellent stakeholder management
