As an Account Manager you will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer service experience and ensuring that customers get the most from their software and services.
In this important role you will receive support to increase your technical and product knowledge to enable you to deliver a high-quality service.
You will forge strong relationships with both new and existing customers by maintaining frequent contact and building an in-depth understanding of their needs.
Making daily calls to existing customers, you’ll manage expectations and keep customers informed of any new products and services. Above all, you’ll ensure that customer engagement, satisfaction and retention is maximised.
To be considered you must have:
Previous experience in an account management role.Knowledge and / or experience of using applications such as MS Word, Excel and Outlook.Self-motivated and proactive with a confident, amicable telephone manner and the ability to quickly build a rapport with others.Previous experience of the recruitment agency market would be beneficial.
