Technical Support Analyst

Salary - £50-£65K + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Technical Support Analyst (C++, Java, Python, SQL) - We, a market-leading London FinTech, are seeking an experienced Technical Support Analyst to join our growing team working across the entire product catalogue. You, as the Technical Support Analyst, will be the primary point of contact for high-profile clients using our successful trading platforms ranging from multi-asset platforms to customised execution management systems.

The Technical Support Analyst will be exposed to:

* Supporting product software linking business intellect with technical reasoning to devise solutions to real-time issues

* Direct liaison with high-profile clients including top investment banks and hedge funds

* The underlying code for the systems used

* Having input into improving the support processes and monitoring tools

* Scope to expand knowledge on, or learn more with, C++, Java, Python and SQL
