They’re now seeking a Senior Officer to join their ICT support operations in London and provide outstanding support to their ICT infrastructure.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Microsoft certified support technician with first and second line experience to advance and make a critical difference to the ICT operations of a leading regulatory body.

As a Senior Officer, you will be tasked with providing on-premises, remote support and management of internal and external ICT infrastructure to support our client’s activities.

As a hands-on ICT Helpdesk and infrastructure resource, you will ensure that systems in the London operations are robust and updated via a proactive programme of maintenance. You’ll be responsible for implementing corporate ICT policies and procedures that support our client’s business plan.

Support ICT security to a consistent and relevant level, you will also contribute to continuous improvement programmes and keep the Helpdesk Manager appraised of your performance, workload and potential future issues.

Interested? If so, you will need:

- To be a Microsoft certified support technician

- Experience of providing first and second line support

- Experience of administering Office 365, both at client and tenant level

- A proven track record of providing support in satellite location of a larger organization

- Experience of deploying and trouble-shooting Windows 10 PCs, peripherals, and simple LAN, WAN and Wi-Fi hardware

Communicative and flexible, as a Senior Officer, you will also need strong interpersonal skills, the ability to problem solve at a high level and excellent leadership capabilities.
