Subsea Project Manager - subsea / pressure control, engineering project management.

We are looking for a Subsea Project Manager to join our team of consultants at Experis. Working on-site with one of our clients you will be responsible for providing direction to the Project team for Subsea Service projects, having the responsibility for the contractual and financial delivery of these projects. Be a key interface across the business, the client and the management team on all project matters.

Responsibilities:

* Organise and control the total project scope of work, both within the company and by engagement with the client.

* Communicate clearly and compliantly with all internal and external stakeholders.

* Report project performance to Senior Management,

* Company's representative when interacting with the client's management team - ensure that project objectives, project schedules and budgets are established and met.

* Establish lines of communication within the project organisation and towards partners, sub-contractors, suppliers and the Client.

* Implement HSE, QA, QS and Risk Management in accordance with company's and the Contract requirements.

* Ensure quality, safety, progress and cost control and initiate necessary corrective actions as and when required.

* Use good people management and network abilities to establish a positive team spirit. Inspire the project team members as well as the part of the matrix organisation supporting the project.

Requirements:

* Demonstrable experience in the project management of complex engineering projects.

* Solid track record of successful delivery of projects to cost, time and quality.

* Proven interpersonal and relationship building skills

* Excellent leadership skills - Ability to build the project team into a dedicated and enthusiastic unit

* Commercial leadership expertise

* Project management expertise

* External focus and inclusiveness

* Good knowledge of the Oil & Gas sector, in either Subsea or Pressure Control products.

* Ability to establish project goals and ensure that these are communicated to, and understood by, all participants in the Project Organization as well as in all supporting units.

* Ability to influence stakeholders to deliver

Details:

* Location: Aberdeen

* Duration: permanent (consultancy basis)

* Salary: £42,000 - £44,000
