2nd Line IT Support Analyst required to join SQCP Ltd, a leading privately owned IT & Business Change Recruitment Consultancy based in the prestigious and vibrant Blackheath Village, London.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a varied support role in a buoyant and busy environment, where you will be providing in house support to all levels of the company, remote support of our sister company Haybrook IT Resourcing Ltd as well as supporting the clients of our outsourced IT services business. Main day to day activities will include the monitoring and management of the IT infrastructure, telephone & desktop support and onsite client support.

Key skills and experience required:

The ideal person for the role with have strong experience of working in a 1st Line and 2nd Line Desktop or Server capacity supporting the following technologies:

Microsoft Exchange Server 2010

Windows Server 2012

Active Directory / Group Policy

VMware ESX

Sharepoint 2013

Office 365

Windows 7/8

Experience of the following technologies is preferred:

Small Business Server (preferably SBS 2011)

Microsoft Office 365 support and roll-outs

Symantec.Cloud Endpoint Protection

Attix 5 and Asigra backup software

Sonicwall Firewalls

Avaya Phones

MCSE or similar

CCNA

Linux systems
