You will be working as a Helpdesk Specialist resolving stakeholder queries and implementing new technology. Working as the sole IT support specialist you will be responsible for all queries at 1st and 2nd line level with outsourced support for 3rd line.

Working in a dynamic environment you will be responsible for a range of different technologies, Working remotely and over the telephone you will support stakeholders with their day to day issues with Mac OS, Windows 7/8/10 and Linux. You will play a crucial role in the success of the business.

In order be successful in the role you will need

* Strong background as working as part of a global Help Desk

* Strong Mac OS Windows OS experience

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks

* Upgrading, and repairing desktops, laptops, and associated hardware.

* Maintaining Linux operating systems, hardware and packages.
