Service Desk Engineer - Bristol - £26k

The Role

As a Service Desk Engineer, you will be expected to provide technical support whilst displaying excellent customer service skills.

Your Responsibilities

The role would be varied, but the general responsibilities would include:

* Taking calls from customers and other stakeholders

* Providing technical support - owning tickets through to resolution

* Escalating issues that cannot be resolved

* Assisting senior engineers with software issues

Your Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate for this position will ideally have the following skills, experience and qualities:

* Strong customer service skills

* Background in technical support

* Good troubleshooting skills

* Experience with Windows Server

* Experience with Skype for Business/Lync
