Are you a Sales Manager from a Lighting or Electrical background? Are you looking to be the key player in driving a growing company's UK sales?

Established over 20 years ago this company sells and distributes specialist electrical components to a range of industries including lighting, medical and commercial catering. With a fantastic reputation in the industry they currently supply a huge proportion of companies in their core market and have acquired several of their competitors and smaller companies in recent years. They plan to increase their business by 50% in the next 5 years and therefore need a National Sales Manager to help drive this expansion.

In this varied role you will be based from home developing business through new accounts whilst managing existing accounts and client relationships. You will also manage a small team of Sales Engineers beneath you and make sure the right strategies are in place to achieve their targets. You will be responsible for driving this company's growth in the UK, as you build a career and take the company to new heights. You will be selling to companies UK wide, and driving Hire sales in the South East.

This role would ideally suit a Sales Manager looking to spearhead the UK sales of well-established company, whilst building a career long term and accessing huge earning potential.

The Role:

* Sales Manager

* Managing existing accounts and developing new business

* Managing a small team of Sales Engineers

* Being a leader in driving the company's UK sales and Hire

* £40'000 - £70'000 + Bonus + Car + Excellent Commission structure

The Person:

* A Proven Sales track record

* Management experience

* Based in location with good access to north and south
